The place looked fine at first, but once I got to the changing rooms it was a totally different story. They were dirty, cramped, and gross. It kind of felt like a bait and switch compared to the impression you get before actually using them

Reading between the lines, it just didn’t seem like the staff were really on top of enforcing the safety rules when we visited. There were people cutting lines, running around, and ignoring instructions on rides, and no one seemed to step in much. Maybe it was just a busy day, but with kids there, it made the whole visit feel more stressful than fun. I wouldn’t go back.

Not saying it’s a scam, but I was expecting a lot more from the dry ride options. They ended up feeling boring, and there just wasn’t much that kept me interested.

There’s just way too much sun and barely any shade. I kept thinking, why is it so complicated to have a few more shaded spots? It would make the whole experience way more comfortable.

We went to Water Safari hoping for a really fun day, but honestly... the staff kind of put a damper on it. A few people we talked to were short with us, even when we were just asking simple questions. It felt like we were bothering them, which was awkward. I know places like this get busy and probably stressful, totally get that, but a little friendliness would’ve gone a long way. We just didn’t feel very welcome...

We had an okay day overall, and a few of the rides were definitely fun, but am I the only one who felt like the ticket price was high for what you actually get? Between the long lines and all the extra costs once you’re inside, it just didn’t feel like great value. I’m not saying I’d never go back, but I probably wouldn’t rush to return unless there was some kind of deal.

We had a rough time before we even got inside. The parking situation was kinda confusing, and the spot we finally found felt way too far from the entrance, especially since we had kids and bags with us.
The lot seemed really packed, and the signs didn’t help much. We ended up spending more time looking for parking than we expected, so it wasn’t exactly the best start to the day.

Tried booking tickets on Enchanted Forest Water Safari was more annoying than it should’ve been. Kept freezing right when I got to the payment part, which was frustrating.

Had to start over twice, and then wasn’t even sure the order actually went through because the confirmation page didn’t load properly. Just sat there wondering if I’d been charged or not.
Got the email later, so it ended up working, but still made the whole thing way more stressful than necessary. Not the best first impression.

The rain policy just didn’t feel fair to me. Not sure how to explain it, but it kind of felt like customers were left dealing with the inconvenience while the rules didn’t really offer much flexibility.

For what it costs to visit, I feel like they should either have more lockers available or come up with a better system.
